How to Play
In Contra Gender Swap, players control battle-hardened heroines traversing side-scrolling and vertical stages filled with military strongholds, automated turrets, and alien monsters. The primary objective is to advance through enemy-infested zones, destroy defensive installations, and eliminate powerful stage bosses. Movement requires precise timing to leap over lethal gaps, duck under enemy projectiles, and aim weapons in eight directions to clear incoming waves. Collect floating item pods and sensor capsules to upgrade your arsenal with powerful weapons such as the Spread Shot, Laser Rifle, and Fire Gun. Maintain constant movement and dodge rapidly to evade unpredictable enemy fire during intense boss battles. Prioritizing high-threat targets early in each stage and securing key weapon upgrades is essential for surviving the game's escalating challenge.
