Start here when something does not work
No thick manual required. These are the useful steps for opening games, choosing controls, and fixing common loading problems.
Try these three things first
- 1Games open in a new page, so allow your browser to open it.
- 2The first launch needs to load game files; larger games can take longer.
- 3If the screen is blank or silent, click or tap once inside the game.
Starting a game
Open a game detail page and select Play. The player starts in a new page, with no separate emulator installation or ROM download required.
- If nothing opens, check whether your browser blocked the new page.
- Startup time depends on the game size, device performance, and connection.
Keyboard, phone, and gamepad controls
Controls vary by platform. Desktop games usually use a keyboard, phones provide touch controls, and some games accept gamepads recognized by the browser.
- Landscape mode works best on phones; turn off orientation lock if needed.
- Use the player control or keyboard settings to view and change buttons.
- If a gamepad is not detected, connect it before reopening the game.
Blank screen, no sound, or failed loading
Browser autoplay rules, content-blocking extensions, and unstable connections can interrupt loading. The steps below solve many common cases.
- Click once inside the game, then refresh the player page.
- Update to a current version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
- Temporarily disable content blockers or try another network.
- If only one title is affected, send us the game page URL.
